developers/kerberos: revert change to chrome auth-server-whitelist

Not sure if Chrome is case-sensitive here, can't easily test, and
this wasn't what triggered the capitalization alarm anyway.  (If you
can test and confirm that it's case-insensitive, feel free to restore
this.)
