ports/i386: Note math coprocessor is mandatory.

It has been _formally_ mandatory since NetBSD 7 when dsl@ made the
`npx' option a mandatory component in i386 kernels.

But it has been _practically_ mandatory since support for the
original i386 was removed some years prior -- not sure exactly when.
