Log Message:
Prepare developer docs on using hg and git.

Reuse the existing firefox pullup example with Mercurial, but make
the process a little easier with `hg resolve -t internal:local'.

Nix the existing vendor branch example since it is not really the
right approach; will redo it on another page later.  (The page is
already too big, and maybe the pullup stuff should be separated onto
another page.)
