Log Message:
templates, shortcuts: Update various http:// links.

I sampled a bunch of these before I got bored.

If they redirected http:// -> https://, I replaced the URL prefix in
the template/shortcut by `https://'.

If they seemed to serve the same content from both, I replaced the
URL by `//'.

If I didn't review it before I got bored, I left it alone.
