tutorials/how_to_use_snapshots: Tweak.

- Link incremental backup mtime caveat early on -- it's important to
  note.

- Explain how to destroy a zfs snapshot, and suggest ways to make
  sure mistakes in the command don't destroy your whole zfs file
  system.
