I've updated to sources containing the new libX11 and rebuilt "wm/fvwm" without the patches posted in: https://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-users/2022/10/17/msg036348.html and the resulting fvwm appears to work properly. Thanks! The patches were added to pkgsrc-HEAD. I suppose they can be removed now. -- |/"\ John D.
