re: font stuff

for at least freetype, the pkgsrc version also enables png,
and brotli (though i have brotli ready to go for xsrc, i'm
less happy to have to update png on branches etc. when the
inevitable security issues come - png has been a lot better
the last few years, so maybe we can...)

(i'm actually a little confused because i built my "large"
(about 1200) set of packages on two systems, and the one from
2 weeks ago didn't install either, and the one from 2 days
ago installed both, and i don't have PREFER_PKGSRC* or 
anything like that mk.conf.)
