re: xsrc libdrm update policy

i am curious if you know what specific thing from 2.4.124 to .134
is important?  after reading the changes, there are mainly a couple
of things i see:  a bunch of modern amdgpu updates, and, support for
new DRM_BUS_FAUX, but it's only implemented on linux so far..

i maybe missed something.  it's also hopefully easy update for xsrc.
