rsa_cert_file config in vsftpd.conf manpage has a wrong default

Running ktruss /usr/pkg/libexec/vsftpd shows that it tries to open the file located in:
/usr/pkg/etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.pem
instead of manpage's default:
/usr/share/ssl/certs/vsftpd.pem
