CVS Id in guide html

Hey,

I think it'd be quite useful to have the generated
HTML pages of the NetBSD Guide include a comment that
indicates what CVS Id it was generated from.

Something like

<!-- $NetBSD: $ -->
<!-- Generated from <source file CVS ID> -->

Does anybody have an easy way to let the doc
regeneration magic add those?
