Include the guide in sysinst?

I've always thought that it would be nice to have an option in
sysinst, maybe in the config section to download the netbsd guide.

I will go further: the mom groff macro set documentation in html
format is included with the system, expending 912K. I would prefer
to found there the 722K plain text version of the netbsd guide.

I'm the only one?
