Which is best out of aac and twa?

We've previously been using 3ware 8500 series RAID cards which we can no 
longer get hold of. So I need to pick a replacement that supports 8 S-ATA 
drives...

AIUI, 3ware 9500 is (will be) supported in 3.1 by twa (I also saw some 
notices about changes to allow command line management tools to be run - 
any hope of a pullup to netbsd-3?).

The alternative is an Adaptec 2810SA (slightly more pricy) which the 3.1 
source shows is supported by aac.

Any particular recommendations either way? They are both a similar price, 
both SATA-150 (not 300) and so forth.
