Move from 2.0 to 3.0

Hi,
one year ago I installed a NetBSD 2.0 on a machine to be used as 
server. I used it without great problems, but now I was wondering if it 
is possible to update my system to NetBSD 3.0 without too much changes

Someone can tell me how to do it?
