Netbsd-3-1 Zone file updates.

Have this weird problem with regards to src for netbsd-3-1 as it does
not have the current zone files... 
 
I have build a new machine with Netbsd3.1 and built the source, and
completed the etcupdate however the zone files do not seems to be up to
date...

The Tag for src/share/zoneinfo is Tnetbsd-3-1

The file size for northamerica is
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wsrc   86874 Mar 29 08:45 northamerica

On a current(TTZDATA2007A release) its 
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  102435 Feb 15 15:23 northamerica

I was under the impression that the zone files have been updated from
Netbsd2.1 onwards...
