Re: Is a color console possible under wscons?

Thank you Peter, your advice really helped. I did not
realize that this would be related to a "bash" or
shell setting. From the reading I had done under
wscons, I figured I had to make a change to the
wscons.conf file.

This worked when added to my ".bash_profile"

I guess I will have to live with 80x25 and an 1.5" of
blank space on the top and on the bottom. Right now
I'm using NetBSD 3.1 on this old laptop, and I will
probably wait to use NetBSD 4.0 until it becomes the
stable production ready branch. After I do a 4.0
install I will look into recompiling the kernal to
enable framebuffer.

This is an excellent update to the NetBSD
documentation. I found that it went into detail in a
number of areas where I lacked understanding. I
appreciated the reference to the $TERM which solved my
issue. Thank you for the link.
