S/Key one-time passwords not working

Hi,

I'm attempting to set up S/Key one-time passwords, but it does not seem to work. I have run skeyinit as described in the manpage, and generated a list of one-time passwords with skey. Alas, upon attempting login via SSH, the S/Key password is not requested and only using the standard password results in a successful authentication. I'm running NetBSD 3.0 with GENERIC kernel. Any help would be appreciated.
