Updated acorn32 bootloader

There have been two small tweaks to the acorn32 bootloader (boot32) - it now explicitly claims a maximum size wimpslot - it uses qsort rather than a bubble sort to sort the loaded kernel These have been tested and should not cause any problems, but if anyone does see anything, please let us know ASAP. They have been pulled up into 2.0_BETA, and nightly builds from tonight should include the changes. -- David/absolute -- www.netbsd.org: No hype required --
