Some anecdotal results from alignment fixes

Hi, all,

The recent alignment fixes have fixed, amongst other things, pkgsrc GNU 
m4 and a spate of segfaults while building many packages. I'm looking 
forward to comparing previous bulk pkgsrc builds to a new build to see the 
changes.

One thing I noticed is that gcc 10.3.0 from pkgsrc gets quite a bit 
further than it had before, but still fails here, which I don't quite 
understand. Can anyone say what's going on here?
