Found the floppy. It was actually a different one. The dir looks like  
this:

The NVRAM on my board has failed in some way, and AlphaBIOS can't  
boot (tries to update NVRAM, then prints "Device error" and reboots),  
but this debugger can load and flash SRM or any ROM (from serial,  
floppy, or even network).
