I'm sure mine didn't had this issue when I last used it but now it has. 
It looks like there was a little rubber part that connects the metal rod 
that is coming from the front push button to the PSU's power switch and 
this rubber part has becoem brittle and has fallen apart. Should be easy 
to replace with a 3D printed part or just some electrical tape wrapped 
around the rod and teh PSU switch.

Didn't have to do this on mine. But back then, when I got this machine, 
I had to do the "Multia Heat Death" repair Jason mentioned to get it 
working. It seems to be an issue on a lot of Multias. Can't help with 
the PSU caps though.
