Quite mysteriously the DEC AlphaStation 600 was kind enough to power on
and then go into firmware magic and perform "init" today. I have done
nothing ( yet ) with the dreaded DALLAS RTC battery chip.

Sadly the iso image for NetBSD-11.99.5-alpha seems to show a panic :

Nothing. I do not see a registers command available.

Perhaps there is a way to trace/step into this ?

If you wanted direct access to the machines serial console then I can
easily ( with SSH etc ) set that up. I am not sure what else to do.
