I haven't seen that, and I'm using a CF to IDE adapter on the motherboard 
IDE as well. Which m68060 accelerator do you have?

Your MAC is set to ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff. I'm not sure if your card is not 
really ne2000 compatible or if it's something else, but another card would 
be a good test.
