I'm in no way suggesting that you are seeing an issue with 512M, but I wonder if it is specific to the combination of hardware and software. For example, on a simulated A1200 with 68040 in fs-uae I can boot NetBSD-10 and NetBSD-current with 512M or 1024M (https://sync.absd.org/amiga/fs-uae-a1200-512m.png and https://sync.absd.org/amiga/fs-uae-a1200-1024m.png respectively). Could I ask what NetBSD version you are using, and on what hardware. If it is before NetBSD-10 would you be able to test a netbsd-10 kernel? Thanks David
