Which memory modules ?

Hi! all,

I have got Express 5800/260. but not memory modules. 
If power on, it will be displayed on LCD as follows. X-<

  SELF TEST M025
  Test Memory

I set four memory modules. IC is T2316402A x9.
It will ECC-16MByte-Parity(2M).
However, the state did not change. Someone should help me. X-<
