non hard float pkg

Hi

I use Comcerto 1000(armv6) and BCM5301X(armv7) by 10.0_RC.

These are non hard float arm. Now only hard float pkg on pkgsrc.

hf pkg crash on non-hf.I think hard float depend pkg is not so many. 

non-hf pkg work on non-hf and hf both. But hf pkg only work on hf.

NetBSD work fine on non-hf. I want use pkgsrc on non-hf.
