Those files won't be overly useful to you since you aren't using a Zybo. 
You should be able to copy boot.bin and u-boot.img from a Linux image. I 
couldn't find a Linux image for the Zybo because my Google searches kept 
returning instructions for building stuff from source using Vivado.
