The device ID / unique ID pair you are matching on represents an SDHCI 
controller. It may be on an LX2K SoC or something else with the same SDHCI 
IP. That SDHCI controller can use SD cards, or eMMCs, or be unused. The 
_DSD properties tell the driver how it is configured _on this board_, and 
the driver to honour that.

Basically, that table of HID+UID pairs is a giant hack that really should 
not be used any more than required.
