Yup.  Autoconf names can't end with digits, presumably because that
conflicts with the way the autoconf machinery appends digits to
distinguish between device instances.  (If you had bth5, then the first
bth5 would be called bth50, which has a potential name clash with
device bth unit 50.)

The SPARC port has something similar with many of its framebuffers; the
cg6, for example, is called cgsix for autoconf purposes.
