Yes, 10.0 + uboot 2022.04 (and 2024.04) boots fine.  I have not tested this with the armbsd images, e.g., by replacing the bootloader, but I have compiled plenty of my own systems with either 2022.04 or 2024.04 u-boot, and one is running fine right now.

I see no downside to replacing the 10.0 image with one that boots.  I think all that is needed is to run installboot on the existing image.

If the image gets replaced, I’m happy to give it a spin; just let me know.
