I have been notified that a new v1.40 UEFI firmware has been released. I 
have updated my firmware to v1.40 and seems to work fine, system is 
doing CVS update without errors. I will let it working for several hours 
more to be sure.

3GB RAM limit disabled and pointed to boot from SD card.

Not sure if it was my mistake, but on 1.38 and 1.40 I had to save twice 
boot order pointing to SD card because the first time it was not saved.
