Recommendations for cheap evbarm SBCs?

Kia ora,
Can I have some recommendations for cheap (maybe 50 USD or less) ARM
system that run NetBSD? 

For various reasons, I am *not* interested in

  * Raspberry Pi
  * or any other Broadcom based system
  * Beaglebone Black
  * 64-bit Rockchip systems

32-bit Rockchip based system might well suit my needs if anybody knows
of any for sale.
