There have been commits to current trying to make it work, as I read them. My impression is that it's still a work in progress. I am curious why you are trying. Is it to set up a package builder, or to reuse the same binaries on N machines, some of which are earmv7 only (because they are pre 2nd-gen RPI2 perhaps)? I'm still running earmv7 on some RPI3s, because that's how it was when I started and with 1G there doesn't seem to be a point to upgrade to aarch64. But on my RPI4 with 8G of RAM I am running aarch64, mostly well.
