There are more than one problems.

"panic: lock error" around biodone2() and brelse() should be
fixed by my idepth accounting patch.

"panic: pool_put: buf64k page header missing" during installation
may be fixed by Tuomo's md_root.c fix.

The PR should be closed even if atari port still has more problems,
and we should file a new PR for a new problem.
