Sure. I've applied several diffs and built netbsd-4 binaries:
http://www.ceres.dti.ne.jp/~tsutsui/netbsd/atari-4.0_STABLE-20090103/

Note md_root file systems also include df(1) binary.

I've put only kernels and boot files.
If there are more necessary binaries, please let me know.

If it works, I'll send pullup requests.
