I have no idea - prepare.fs is (AFAICT) undocumented.

I dimly remember ~720k (or was it 800?) floppy format for atari where
PCs back then used ~360k. But 1080k wouldn't fit either, so just bumping
it to 1440k sounds like a good idea.
