Good news!

I know some status.

 1. Hangup after access to wd(4).  (e.g. fdisk, disklabel, dd)
    This reason is happen interrupt storm when !device_is_active().

 2. Don't stress to GENERIC.MP.

 3. Also, interrupt problem not fixed yet... X-<
