pciide flags

What values are people using in config files for the pciide driver
flags ?

I am having problems booting recent kernels on my CATS. I can boot
to single user, but everything locks up when the mountcritlocal
script is run if I boot multi user.

This happens with the GENERIC kernel from the recent snapshot as well
as with kernels that I have built myself.

The connected drives are two Quantum Fireballs.
