Which package are they?
It is (just) possible to remove a leaded SA1100 without killing it
(I've seen it done), but if the are BGA parts I suspect all bets are off.
Even the manufacturers have to X-Ray the finished board to ensure
all the balls are down.
You would have to be really desparate to be using salvaged parts.
