I am working with a new-to-me Qube2, I put this Feb 28 restore CD on it via a vmware load of the iso. so I could not monitor the instal, but It seems to work fine, except.... I can't get console to stay with me past: Decompressing \ done. (nothing more). I seem to need console as the device comes up with a hostname of q-160.netbsd.org (not that big a deal) and won't let me in via telnet or ssh (that's more of a deal).
