I've put 5.0_RC4 based NetBSD/cobalt restorecd:
ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/cobalt/restore-cd/5.0_RC4/

No particular changes restorecd itself (only some cosmetics).
Tested on Qube 2700 and Qube 2.
