Worse, IIRC, the last time I looked at the specs it was USB 1.0, not
even 1.1 on the raq2.  (I had looked up which pads to solder.
Conveniently the T/R is pulled up/down to V/G, so popping the
resistors off gives the 4 necessary pads to run wires to a connector.)
 At USB 1.0 speeds I didn't find it worth the effort.
