ARM11 CPU, 192MB RAM, 512M flash &qwerty keyboard. Seems like quite a reasonable spec when compared to various embedded arm boards. Available quite reasonably on eBay & I have a spare... :) http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=HTC_Magic
