Hmm... can you please do the following:

build a kernel with PCI_CONFIG_DUMP defined.
(options PCI_CONFIG_DUMP in a config file)

in yamon: "go . -d" to get into ddb.
at db> prompt, do "write pci_config_debug 1"
at db> prompt do "c" to continue kernel

The send me a copy of the boot log.  Thanks.
