stronger mips hardware options

Hi,

I'd like to get a machine which will eventually be capable of building
the pkgsrc tree (I'm aware that some work will be needed).
This requires more RAM than the cheapest hardware available, and I've
been told 2GB is a starting point.
So far I have found just Ubiquiti ER-8.
I am wondering if more options exist.
