ELF X11R6 binary sets?

Has someone built and made publicly available X11R6 binary sets (minus
xserver, probably) for 1.6_BETA[x] for hp300? If so, where can I find
them?

I hope to get the Xhpux X11R5 server running again hunder HP/UX
emulation. Although not strictly neccessary when running as an
X-Terminal I would still like to have X clients and libraries, too.
