There where some fixes made to bind after 5/18/04. Make sure that your
source, at least the bind related code in src/usr.sbin/bind and
src/dist/bind, is from 5/21/04 or 5/22/04. I did a partially update of 
this directories after the initial checkout on 5/18/04.
(src/usr.sbin/bind/include/isc/platform.h must be revision 1.2.)
