Ahh, very cool. That makes sense. It's a normal 9 pin connector, just
didn't work. I'll look for that jumper.

BTW, I don't think I ever got the serial console working on the A180C
until I went to the motherboard and put a jumper on to force the
serial port as the console. By default it's in autoselect mode between
the web java console and the serial port. I THINK that if it gets an
ethernet link on the web java port it decides to use that, but it
seemed broken and always chose that. The jumper cleared that up real
quick.
