Panic while booting a 715/100XC

Hello there,

I crossbuilt a 3.99.3 kernel for my 715 and when the memory is going to
be attached it panics:

This kernel is a GENERIC with DEBUG and DIAGNOSTICS enabled. Do you have
any ideas what could cause this panic?
