more drivers tested

I tried out a bunch of disk controllers, the results are in
the driver-status file.

to summarize: the only one that works (other than ahc that jochen mentioned)
is isp.  several fail to find a signature or map their registers,
so those would probably be the easiest to fix.

I tried some USB stuff too, with a similar mixed-bag of results.
my collection of USB kit is pretty wimpy, I don't have much else.

I don't have many audio cards either, I'll leave all that to someone else.
