715/33: Does not recognize ESC for menu

Hi,

this is my first try with hp700 port.

I have a GERMAN HP keyboard (46021C).

When it says "Hit the ESCAPE key", I hit it, but it will still boot HP/UX
from harddisk, not entering the menu. The keyboard itself seems to work, 
at least the function keys later when booting HP/UX.

-> Is the keyboard layout different? Where are your ESCAPE keys located?
Mine is in the lower left corner, the second key upwards.

This is a 715/33 machine.
